「標津をもっと盛り上げたい」という想いから
4人の酪農家が立ち上げた『BRIDGE』。
昼はカフェ、夜はビリヤードやカラオケが楽しめるバーとして、
2023年に誕生しました。

元々スナックであった場所を、地元の大工さんと一緒にセルフリノベーション。
ビリヤードやダーツ、カラオケ、プロジェクターまで揃った、
誰もが気軽に集まれるコミュニティスペースへと生まれ変わりました。

地域の貸しスペースとしても利用してもらえるようにと
営業日は火・木・土の週3日にあえて限定。
店名の通り、まさに人と人をつなぐ“架け橋”のような場所となっています。

看板メニューはキーマカレーサンド。
気まぐれでスープカレーやグリーンカレーが登場することも。
標津牛乳を使用したまろやかなカフェラテや、
山本商店のワインソムリエ、山本さんの焙煎するコーヒーも
深いコクと風味があり好評です。

世代や職業を越えて人がつながる、
標津町の新たなランドマークとして親しまれています。

Driven by the desire to “bring more energy to Shibetsu,” four local dairy farmers came together to create BRIDGE.
Opened in 2023, the space serves as a café during the day and transforms into a bar with billiards and karaoke at night.

Once a traditional snack bar, the building was renovated through a DIY project with help from local carpenters.
The result is a welcoming community space equipped with billiards, darts, karaoke, and even a projector—
a place where anyone can stop by and feel at home.

To ensure it can also function as a rental venue for local events, BRIDGE intentionally operates only three days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Just as the name suggests, it has become a true “bridge” connecting people within the town.

The signature dish is the Keema Curry Sandwich, and depending on the day, you may even find special items like soup curry or green curry on the menu.
Their café latte, made with rich Shibetsu milk, is a favorite, as is the coffee roasted by Mr. Yamamoto—the wine sommelier from Yamamoto Shoten—known for its deep aroma and flavor.

As a place where people of all ages and professions naturally gather, BRIDGE has quickly become a beloved new landmark in Shibetsu.
